I run a small law practice in two states for a reason: to better serve my clients. Experience
has taught me that lawyering is a personal service business, regardless of whether the
client is an individual or a corporation. The closer my relationship is with clients, the more
satisfied my clients are with my services. To consistently deliver this level of quality
personal service, I must carefully limited my case load and keep overhead to a minimum.
For this reason, I purposefully keep my law practice small and do not engage in high
volume litigation.
The legal profession has been revolutionized this past decade by computer technology. The
ability to leverage technology allows small firms and solo practitioners to deliver every bit
of legal service as that provided by larger firms. I utilize up to date computer and
electronic technology to deliver legal services at a competitiveprice point, with a personal
